Cell Groups

No matter how hard a church tries, it isn’t possible to attend to the individual needs of every church member or to really “connect” with one another all in the space of a few short hours every Sunday morning.

That’s why cell groups are a critical and instrumental ministry of Klang Wesley – to build a strong and vibrant family of God, rooted and committed to the Church and the Word of God.

Each cell group is like a “mini church”, led by a trained Cell Leader who is committed to caring and leading the members of his or her cell group. Every cell group typically consists of anywhere from 5 to 15 members that gather together on a regular basis in members’ homes. In smaller groups, away from the hustle and bustle of “church”, cells are a wonderful and effective way to :

  • Study and apply God’s word
  • Pray for one another
  • Love, encourage, support and care for one another
  • Build relationships
  • Fellowship
  • Serve others within the neighborhood or community
  • Develop leaders
  • Worship God
  • Build Christ’s Church
